The Crooked Carty Sings is a new album recorded in 2021, featuring bastardised folk songs, murder ballads, traveller tunes and sea songs. The songs were used to explore new possibilities and push boundaries. The album includes songs like Green Grows the Laurels, Blow the Candle Out, Phoenix Island, and What Will We Do When We Have No Money? featuring guest artists like Mal Troon and Suzanne Rhatigan.
